Customer Contract to Advertise Selling Mobile Home
When you enter into an agreement authorising Mobile Homes Spain Ltd to advertise and assist with the sale of your mobile home, we will collect and use the information reasonably necessary to provide these services and fulfil our obligations under that agreement.

Once the sale has been completed, the listing will be marked as sold as appropriate. We may retain relevant property details, photographs, correspondence, transaction records and limited financial information only for as long as reasonably necessary for record-keeping, accounting, dispute-resolution or legal purposes. Information that is no longer required will be securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with our retention procedures.
