This beautiful mobile home (Caravan) ‘holiday park’ is situated in the heart of the Costa Blanca only a short drive to the sun-drenched beaches of Torrevieja, many of the plots benefit from overlooking the beautiful salt lakes and surrounding orange groves.

Torrevieja park has great access to the 2 nearby Airports, only 40mins from Murcia Airport and 45mins from Alicante Airport. You will need a car although there are plenty of villages, towns, and beaches close by.

More About The Park

This park is ideal for people looking for a holiday home in the sun. This is not a residential style park, and you can only use homes as holiday homes.

Mediterranean flora, fauna and wildlife are in abundance all around the site, with squirrels and hedgehogs wandering freely! Many species of birds visit the salt lakes and swifts can regularly be seen skimming the surface of the two large swimming pools to drink. Flocks of flamingos browse in the Salinas de la Mata and Hoopoes come to feed and nest in the surrounding orange and lemon groves.

The park offers 2 large adjoining outdoor swimming pools, one for adults and the other for children, club house for residents, Library and cafe.

The residents have regular activities including petanque competitions, walking treks, and evening quiz nights.

Sheds or wooden structures not permitted on the plots. Plastic storage boxes allowed
Concrete or paving slabs not permitted on the plots
Potted pants not permitted on the plots.
Handrails are allowed on the decked area but no fencing is allowed
